The Overview Page displays the Auto Scaling Groups that are part of the AWS Account. This includes Auto Scaling Groups provisioned via Insisive Cloud as well as Auto Scaling Groups that are created directly via AWS Console or other means.
If an Autoscaling group is not provisioned via Insisive Cloud, it should first be 'Imported' to be monitored and provisioned via Insisive Cloud. This can be done via the 'Import' of the context menu of the Auto Scaling Group.
The overview page has a filter to show a specific region. This can be changed by clicking the filter icon. The selected region will be displayed. You have an option to select all regions as well. In this case, no region will be displayed next to the filter.
You can toggle the overview page view to list view or tile view.
You can also manually refresh the page using the refresh icon.
Search:
You can search for an Autoscaling group by name using the 'Search by name' option. This will initially search for the given name within the available results or you can search for more via 'Load more' option that becomes available if there are more than 100 Auto scaling groups.
Filter:
You can filter ASGS to see only the following ways:
1. User ASGs: Auto Scaling groups created in your account that are not managed by Insisive Cloud
2. Insisive ASGs: ASGs that are monitored via Insisive Cloud for spot management.
3. Incompatible ASGs: ASGs that are created by the user but cannot currently be imported into Insisive Cloud.
